Article Body:
The internet today has created unlimited money making opportunities for many online users, some starting with zero or limited knowledge soaring to success in making money online. There is a good number of internet companies today offering genuine online business opportunities. But why does only a handful succeed while the majority jump from opportunity to opportunity without success?

The missing link according to some of the online and offline businesses is in personal development, the motivation to identify, set and to systemically follow up your goals.

It's said that everyday we choose what to do with our time. And that every little action that we are involved in, will produce results, whether desirable or otherwise. However, this is not news for most of the people who have been and are still trying to get out of the rat race by investing their time and money in businesses.

Most of us have been to seminars, have taken notes and have books and audios by the 'gurus' of self-improvement, all this without any long lasting favored outcomes. And we keep stacking up more ad more of the personal development materials as we continue to 'buy hope' that one day we will find the right program for us.

We also look for that business which promises us all the right products, the right tools, support and a chance to make a quick buck without lifting a finger. And then it all happens again. Nothing works and we jump to another 'ground floor' business opportunity.
So what is missing here, what happens to the inspirational buzz we get when we attend a motivational seminar? The possibilities, the vision we attain when we listen to that goal setting CD. Why procrastinating again?

Well, I will tell you what is missing. The one ingredient, the catalyst that you must have if you are to succeed is a daily dose of continuous motivation to enable you to consistently replenish your inspiration and vision.

For beginners it is important that you get this daily dose until you become disciplined or habituated enough to go on an autopilot. The only challenge is; this continuous kick on the back side does not come cheap.

However, there are ways to achieve this daily dose without coasting you an arm and a leg. You can have a coach who will give you a weekly coaching session and get a friend to do the daily butt kicking. The 'best' friend to do this for you is the loud mouthed one, who can embarrass you in front of everyone if you haven't done what you said you would do.

Another way is to have a personal improvement program which is monitored by a group of people who have one goal in common. This way everybody mentors and inspire everybody else.  This 'co-mentoring' can became unbelievably effective if there is an appropriate platform for this co-mentoring to happen.

The platform should consist of long and short term courses to maintain continuity and systematic personal-growth. The internet can provide such a platform whereas materials can be easily obtainable and individuals can communicate daily without breaking the bank. Wishing you all the BEST on your online business ventures.

From time to time, each of us will find ourselves in a rut of boredom and disinterest. We seem to lose our zest for life and feel tired, irritable and unmotivated. We want to hide under the covers rather than face the day. Perhaps you're feeling overwhelmed by work, or sad about the pain and suffering in the world, or just bored with the routine of your daily life.

You are not alone. We all go through periods like this at some point. The good news is that we can do something about it. Here are some tips to help break out of the rut and feel excited about life again:

1) Take a "Time Out" - Prolonged stress can wear us down and zap any enthusiasm we once had. Before doing anything else, take a few minutes to breathe and just BE. Empty your mind of all stress and worry. This takes practice, but don't give up! As thoughts come into your mind, gently push them back out and continue to keep your mind empty and calm. Take slow, deep breaths and let all of your muscles relax. Sit quietly and recharge your batteries. Try to do this daily, or even twice daily (morning and night). We need quiet time as much as we need anything else in life. Give yourself the gift of inner peace.

2) Get Inspired - Read something motivational, inspirational or uplifting. Look at some beautiful nature photos, or read something humorous. Consciously move your thoughts to a more positive place. Focusing on nothing but work and our daily tasks in life can leave us feeling pretty uninspired. It's easy to turn it around if we want to. We just have to seek out things that will lift our spirits and our moods. Make it a point to laugh, be happy, joyful and lighthearted each day. Don't wait for inspiration to come knocking on your door, go out and find it, or create it. Conjure up some funny or touching memories. Write them in a journal so you can go back and read them when you're feeling down.

3) Get Excited - Think about the things you have planned for the day, and rekindle the enthusiasm you once felt for them. When we first begin a new project, or start a new job, we are excited about the possibilities and eager to get moving! Over time, we can lose that enthusiasm for a variety of reasons. Travel back in time for a moment, and think about what got you so excited at the beginning. What made your heart beat a little faster? Recapture that feeling and hang onto it! Even if your tasks aren't anything to be really excited about, at least think of some positive benefits to doing them. For example, list the ways they will benefit your children, your spouse, yourself, your job or your home. Identify the payoff, and focus on that. Even mundane tasks have some benefits. Sometimes it's just a matter of switching our mindset to see the positive side.

4) Baby Steps - Sometimes the hardest part is actually getting started. A project seems so monstrous that we cringe at the thought of all that time and energy we'll have to expend. Instead of overwhelming yourself, start small. Set a timer for 15 minutes and just start working on it. Allow yourself to stop after 15 minutes if you really want to. But most often, once we actually start working on something, we won't want to stop. Don't focus on the big picture, look at the smaller details and take them on one at a time. Any large task seems manageable once we break it down into smaller steps.

5) Care of the Body - Sometimes our feelings of fatigue are caused by physical deficiencies, not mental. Be sure you are getting enough rest, eating food that nourishes your body, drinking enough water, getting enough exercise, etc. Especially when we're very busy, we tend to grab the quickest, easiest meals, which aren't always the best choice for our bodies. Eating a lot of highly processed foods and sugar is like putting watered-down gasoline into our cars. In order for our cars to run smoothly, we need to maintain them properly, and so it is with our bodies also. Remember, the body is the vehicle for the mind and soul! ;-)

Finally, remember to reward yourself from time to time, and be gentle with yourself! There will always be things that "need" to be done. But some of us take on way more than we can handle, and our lives turn into a pit of drudgery because of it. Try to eliminate the things that truly don't bring you joy, or at least minimize the time you spend on them. Do what you can, and let the rest go. Or ask for help. Don't feel you have to do everything yourself.

Remember that motivation, just like happiness, is something we CHOOSE. We may need to give ourselves a little push at the beginning, but once we get into the right mindset, it's simple to stay there if we choose to.

How to Conquer Intimidating Goals

How to Conquer Intimidating Goals

Tackling new skills can feel intimidating. But we only feel intimidated because we overestimate the task and underestimate our own abilities. Take learning to drive for example. Article Body:
"Oh that would be too hard for me -- I could never learn to do that."

We've all heard these words... you may even have said them yourself. Tackling new skills can feel intimidating. But we only feel intimidated because we overestimate the task and underestimate our own abilities. We aren't confident enough in our natural abilities. Take learning to drive for example.

Today, millions of very mentally un-gifted people got into automobiles and drove them. And most of them had no accident today. So how hard can it be?

Or maybe you're thinking of writing a book. Millions of people every year write books.

Millions more
 save money
 start businesses
 find jobs
 lose weight
 get into shape
 discover someone to love
 get married
find a way to attend school
 start new careers

And many other things you may have been thinking are too hard, too complicated, too far beyond you.

The truth is, they're not beyond you at all.

DO THIS:
========

What have you been holding yourself back from doing? No, you don't have to list EVERYTHING you're putting off. Just take the top one.

First:
======

Whatever it is, write it down on a piece of paper.

Second:
=======

Now think of somebody who isn't particulary smart, but who is now doing the very thing you want to do.

Been putting off learning to drive? Look at all the idiots on the road who somehow manage to get from here to there without wrecking the countryside.

What about marriage? True, most people botch it completely, but many millions actually do get it right and live in happiness.

Or maybe you're putting off starting your own business. Same thing -- you've met people barely clever enough to get in out of the rain, but they have businesses. And they haven't gone bankrupt -- at least not yet.

Chances are, the one thing you're lacking is not intelligence, nor ability, nor talent. Training is no real stumbling block, either, since people regularly go get the same training you're wanting.

No, you're probably only lacking permission. You're waiting around for somebody to validate you, then pick you up and prove to you that you can do it.

It ain't gonna happen that way. The good news is, it doesn't HAVE to happen that way.

All it takes is just deciding you'll do it. Then just begin.

Several years ago someone told me a great two-step formula for success in any field.

Step one is start; step two is don't stop.

So we come to...

Third:
======

Make a beginning, no matter how awkward, then just keep moving forward in the direction you want to go.

Honestly, it's just about that simple.

While great intelligence can make things simpler, it can also make things much more difficult if you never learn to use it FOR yourself instead of against.

Please notice that beginnings are almost always awkward. That's okay. Give yourself permission to be a beginner when you begin. And if you feel a compulsion to be perfect, then just be a perfect beginner.

But do keep moving... forward.

If you've experienced the usual clammy grip of fear when it's your time to introduce yourself, the following may help you feel more at home, make deeper, more lasting impressions, and attract voluntary referrals from many of the other attendees.

First, if you want to take some of the pressure off, it can help to consider your first half-dozen events to be nothing but practice.

It helps even more if you go specifically to listen and get to know who's there, rather than to "sell" your own story. So take along your business cards, but dump your nice four-color 12-page brochures. There's a better way to make powerful impressions.

Here's an example that happened to me on Monday.

My wife does a lot of work for an NGO here in Japan that helps North Korean refugees, but I have little direct participation, other than running their English language website ( http://www.northkoreanrefugees.com ).

This past Sunday, we flew over to Seoul for the three-day North Korean Holocaust Exhibition to be held at the Parliamentary building.

The event started with the usual speeches and ribbon-cutting. Then the main organizers all split off, doing individual interviews with journalists. The regular attendees wandered around viewing the exhibits. And those who were there to gather information or disseminate it began mingling, meeting and introducing themselves. In other words, this turned into a networking event.

I wasn't there to sell anything or to persuade anybody, so I wandered around looking for the people who appeared too intimidated or too shy to mingle. These are the folks who hang back by the wall, or who stand alone looking wistful.

I found two ladies who told me they were doing a paper on refugees, so I led them over to the two main activists (I had exchanged emails with the activists for a couple of years, but had only met them in person minutes earlier).

I walked up, tapped both of the leaders on the arm and said, "Excuse me, but you two need to talk with these ladies. They're doing research on your topic. I think they may be able to help you tell your story." Then I backed away and let them have at it.

Later, I met a German journalist who had just arrived in Seoul as the new correspondent for his publisher. I found out what kind of information he was looking for, then led him over to a lady -- one of the refugees who had managed to escape through China -- and introduced him.

Now, bear in mind, I didn't even know the lady, and neither he nor I spoke any Korean, but I took him over and we tried talking with her anyway. Sure enough, some people nearby stepped right up and offered to interpret. Again, I just backed away and let them work.

Later, these people came back to me, appreciative and wanting more information about our NGO and website.

When you concentrate on giving and on priming the pump, good stuff can flow. People WILL remember you if you go out of your way to spread THEIR name around. Boy will they remember you.

How to Attract More Into Your Life:3 Things You Can Do--Right Now

How to Attract More Into Your Life:3 Things You Can Do--Right Now

Word Count:
808

Summary:
I attract to myself, whatever I give my focus, attention, or energy to; whether wanted or unwanted.

The Law of Attraction is an obedient law. Understanding that, we want to become more deliberate offer-ers of the vibes that we are emitting.

Using the Law of Attraction to Increase Our Abundance:

Keywords:
law, attraction, deliberate, exercise, frequently, sources, abundance, celebrate, vibration, resources, often

Article Body:
One of the most common questions people ask me about the Law of Attraction is how to use it to attract more money. Money is simply the energy of abundance, and the Law of Attraction can therefore be used deliberately to increase abundance in our lives. To understand how to increase the energy of abundance, consider this: The Law of Attraction is all about vibes.

The word vibes comes from the longer word—vibration. All energy is vibration. We commonly use the word vibe to refer to experiences that give off a negative vibe or a positive vibe. So, when we say we get a good vibe or a bad vibe from an experience, we are actually describing positive vibrations or negative vibrations.

Here is an important concept that is vital to understanding how to use the Law of Attraction; vibrations are generated as a result of the thoughts and words we use. A vibration is simply a mood or a feeling. In every moment, we are emitting (sending or offering) a vibration. In the vibrational world, there are only two kinds of vibrations; positive or negative. The Law of Attraction is a powerful, universal law that simply responds to our vibration by giving us more of the same, whether wanted or unwanted--in every moment, including right now!

Definition of the Law of Attraction:

I attract to myself, whatever I give my focus, attention, or energy to; whether wanted or unwanted.

The Law of Attraction is an obedient law. Understanding that, we want to become more deliberate offer-ers of the vibes that we are emitting.

Using the Law of Attraction to Increase Our Abundance:

We have learned so far that all feelings give off vibrations, either positive or negative. Abundance is a feeling and that's GOOD news. Why? All feelings can be duplicated! Abundance is a feeling, and that feeling has a corresponding vibration that we can duplicate. In many cases, people are duplicating the feeling of lack, sadness, or hopelessness simply by the thoughts and the words they use. Given that we can generate feelings by our words and thoughts, we can learn how to duplicate the feelings of abundance more intentionally, using our words and thoughts.

The best news of all is, the Law of Attraction doesn't know if we are generating a thought by; remembering, pretending, creating, visualizing, or day-dreaming. It simply responds to our vibration in that moment. And--we can only hold one vibration at a time! By creating the vibration of abundance more deliberately and more often, we are INCREASING abundance in our lives.

I suggest that you commit to this process of deliberately duplicating the vibration of abundance, by using your thoughts, for the next 7 days. Start today! Here's the exercise that will help you do that.

Part One:

Build a list of all the sources and resources where money and abundance can come from. Most people when asked: "How could you get more money?" reply that they could work more to earn more money. The belief that the ONLY way to increase your abundance, is to find a way to earn more money, is a limiting belief. There are actually many, many other ways that abundance can increase in your life.

Here are 5 sources of abundance. Start with these and build your list to 60 sources or more!

Sources of Abundance:
Someone treats you to lunch (or breakfast or dinner)
Someone gives you free advice or coaching
You receive gifts
You receive free transportation or lodging
You get your 3rd cup of coffee free
Part Two:

Keep a daily log of all the sources from which you are receiving abundance. This will significantly help you to notice abundance in your life. Keeping a daily log shows you concrete evidence that abundance DOES exist and IS increasing in your life. Celebrate! When you notice abundance, celebrate the evidence of it in your life--and while celebrating, know that you are offering the positive vibration of abundance. Remember, at every moment, including right now, the Law of Attraction is checking to see which vibration you are offering, responding to that vibration, and giving you more of the same.

Here's a great tip! Two minutes a day of deliberate attention to abundance is better than no minutes.

This exercise will have you emitting or offering the vibration of abundance more deliberately and more frequently. Have fun with this!

Start doing this exercise for the next 7 days and notice the things you can now start telling yourself: "I'm so abundant! I've attracted evidence of abundance every day for the last 7 days." "I'm so abundant; I've attracted 100's of dollars of free advice in the last 7 days."

Become a deliberate offer-er of your vibration and the Law of Attraction will obediently bring you more of the same.

How Much Can You Handle?

Everyone has problems, but do you realise that problems aren't actually as bad as you think they are? Learn how your problems can be your best friend.

Article Body:
I was talking to one of my friends just a few days ago, and she got me thinking.

She was telling me about all the problems in her life and how bad she was feeling and that it seemed that the universe just kept piling problem after problem after problem on her and she felt she was going to snap any day.

Yet she hasn't yet, and is still going strong, coping with it all. In fact, it's not starting to ease off and get better.

This made me think. I had gone through periods in my life where I thought the universe was ganging up against me and trying to wear me into the ground. Yet I got through it all. I remember in one of my worst times, a close friend of mine had a stroke and I remember visiting her in hospital and thinking, "How is she coping? I could never cope with that."

Then one night whilst watching the Discovery channel I put two and two together and got forty two.

I love Archaeology, and living in England we are literally swimming in it. In this particular show they were recreating how Iron Age man would have made a sword.

The blacksmith, when asked why he was heating and then cooling the blade said something very similar to this, "This process is called tempering. It's where you stress the metal in order to make it stronger."

As you can imagine, I perked up at this and realisation dawned upon me.

The Blacksmith deliberately stresses the blade of a sword so he can make it stronger.

Perhaps it is the same in life?

I then started to review some of the stress points that I had had in my life, and then I realised that it was true. If I hadn't have had these stresses then I would not be as strong as I am. I wouldn't be the person I am if it wasn't for these "bad" episodes in my life.

I began phoning around my friends, and asking them questions about this and realised it was true for them.

We go through all sorts of trials in our life because we are being tempered; made stronger for our purpose in life. I can now look back at many of the once negative events in my life and see how they have made me stronger and created the person I am today.

Another thing I realised whilst interviewing these people was that we are never given more than we can handle. I couldn't handle the stroke, yet my friend could. Perhaps she couldn't have handled some of the things in my life.

You will undoubtedly have stresses in your life, but instead of fighting them, embrace them as they are making you stronger. Understand too that you are never given more than you can handle, so that "insurmountable" challenge you are facing is in fact something you can handle and overcome … maybe just with a change of perspective.

How I Lost The Secret Of Dazzling Success For 20 Years

How I Lost The Secret Of Dazzling Success For 20 Years

Word Count:
922

Summary:
When I started a new job selling door-to-door, it seemed like heaven. I was ecstatic from the first minute of the first day. Every house I walked up to, my heart sang and I said over and over to myself, "I am SO-O-O-O-O-O glad to be out here and not trapped in that cubical." Then, after a few weeks, something quietly changed.

Keywords:
selling, success, Fuller Brush, gratitude, joy

Article Body:
Ever heard of the Fuller Brush Man? You know, those legendary guys who came knocking on the front doors of America, selling brushes, mops and cleaners?

I was one of them, back in my early twenties.

I had just quit a job in an employment agency after four-and-a-half very long, very stressful days.

Confined for eight hours a day to an incredibly tiny cubicle, ear pressed to the phone calling through the yellow pages trying to find job listings, then on my very first interview having to lie to a girl about a fictitious job the boss had advertised to pull in applicants. (Can you say bait-and-switch?)

That girl knew I was lying, and when she walked out the door, I walked out, too, almost on her heels.

So when I started a new job selling door-to-door, it seemed like heaven in comparison. No cubical - I was outdoors in the June sunshine and balmy breezes. No telephone - I was talking to people face to face.

And no lying. If I didn't think a product measured up, I simply didn't put it in my case; I only showed what I thought was the best.

I was ecstatic from the first minute of the first day.

Every house I walked up to, my heart sang and I said over and over to myself, "I am SO-O-O-O-O-O glad to be out here and not trapped in that cubical."

I was deliriously happy to be where I was. Overjoyed to be doing what I was doing.

And sell? Man, I sold just about half of all the people I talked to. Back in the early sixties, a hundred-dollar-day was the holy grail of Fuller Brush men. Sales people would stay out till eight or nine o'clock every night trying to nail that hundred dollar mark.

But not me. I knocked off every afternoon about five or five-thirty with $120 or $130 worth of receipts in my order book.

Then, after a few weeks, something quietly changed. My sales began to sag. Each morning saw me going out a little less enthusiastic. I spent increasing amounts of time trying to figure out what was going wrong.

After a few months, I left that job, utterly disappointed in myself.

Afterwards I wondered how I could have taken something so obviously perfect for me and messed it up so badly.

In fact, that question followed me, haunted me for twenty long years. Eventually, though, I figured it out.

The secret had been right in front of my nose all those years, but just as a fish can't see the water it swims in, I had been unable to repeat that undeniable success.

My big secret? It was simple, really.

I had filled my mind with thankfulness - undiluted gratitude - unreserved joy at being right where I was, doing exactly what I was doing.

Then, twenty years later, when I started being thankful again - but deliberately, this time - my life changed back.

Suddenly, all sorts of "serendipitous" things started occurring. People I barely knew started bringing me terrific opportunities.

Mark this: Joyous stuff started happening AFTER I went back to being overjoyed with my life.

Make no mistake - there were still challenges that needed to be dealt with. But I stopped seeing "problems" as personal affronts deliberately sent by life to impede me. In fact, with the right mindset, I couldn't see problems at all. Instead, they looked like fascinating puzzles to solve and games to enjoy sorting out.

And even now, anytime I feel life becoming a bit too stressful, a bit too heavy, a bit less fun, I make myself stop and - against all logic - I start looking at all the stuff around me and calling it good.

And yes, I even make myself say, "I am SO-O-O-O-O glad to be right here, right now." And I don't stop saying that until I can feel it taking hold.

Now, I realize that on the surface, there is absolutely no logic to this practice... except for one tiny thing.

It works.

So if you decide to try this approach, do this: make a list of all your major problems and start through them, one at a time, saying, "I am so glad this is happening. This is actually very interesting now that I look at it closely, and I'm lucky to be here so I can gain some great new knowledge from this. I am SO-O-O-O-O glad."

Warning: you've got to put some real oomph into it. Some real feeling. Just saying the words without working up some enthusiasm is like writing a letter without a pen in your hand. You're going through all the motions, but no communication takes place.

So do that, and keep doing it till it starts taking hold.

How can you tell when it's taking hold?

There are two signs. First, you begin to lose that tense, blocked, frustrated feeling. And second, your life starts working FOR you instead of AGAINST you. Lots of little things start going right instead of wrong. People begin treating you like you've always wanted them to.

And you go to bed each night feeling like you've just had a wonderful day.

If you've tried and tried all the logical stuff and your life is still a mess, try being illogical. Try being thankful for everything you've got.

Including the mess.

And you'll find, just as I have, that indeed there is a miracle in every mess.

Article Body:
We've all heard it, felt it, sensed it, experienced it and dealt with it in some way or another, it's FEAR!  You know … False Evidence Appearing Real!!  The question is, how are you going to handle it now and forever?

Getting out of your comfort zone for most is challenging, to say the least.  It's been my experience that the missing element is psychological.  Too many times I've said to myself, "I don't know HOW to do this" and self sabotaged my brain into believing I could not do it.  What I've come to know is this; it's not the "how" that is so important but rather the "why" behind it!  Get a big enough WHY and the HOW will follow!

It's the old 80/20 rule … 80% is psychology and the remaining 20% is the mechanics.  We all tend to get what we HAVE to have.  It boils down to what YOU believe YOU MUST do and chose to not settle for anything less!!  Turning your "should's" into "must's" and making the decision to move forward in spite of the fear.

Feel the fear and do it anyway!  If you truly want to get the edge, you will need to get over your fear.  Fear of failure, fear of embarrassment, fear of whatever … it's okay to make a mistake, just make sure you learn from it and avoid the same pit falls next time around.

Choose to live life on your own terms.  The quality of life is the quality of your emotions on a daily basis.  Control your emotions and take control of your destiny!  Consider this, it's not how long I live but rather, how I live!  It's not about your ability; it's about why you must succeed!!

Two things to help you control your emotions, deal with your BODY and what you FOCUS on at any given moment.

1 – Body, the psychology that we are "in" is driven by the physiology that we are "in".  Specifically, when we change our MOTION we change our EMOTION and therefore experience a change of "state".  It's these "states" (or emotions), that will determine our action towards any given target.

2 – Focus, what you focus on and moreover, "how" you focus, plays a vital roll in your achievements (or lack thereof).  We must remember, what's wrong is always available to us but so is, what's right!  Understand that "problems" are a sign of life.  Want to see someone who doesn't have any more problems?  Drop by your nearest cemetery, they're done!  No more problems … and no more life!!  Direct your focus, whatever you focus on you moves you towards that object or experience.  There isn't a "try" … only do or not do!

I've noticed several things about myself that I can't help but believe others must share in similar experiences or situations.  The difference for me now, is how I choose to "control" or "focus" myself as situations arise.  This is a broad range of things from attending a party and "experiencing" my emotions, to simply taking a shower and getting ready for the day.  It's truly how I manage my "state" during the situation that defines my experience!

To be more clear, it's what I choose to focus on while showering or while at the party.  If while showering I'm having thoughts of … oh no, it's Monday again, I hate the first day of each workweek!  I hate Monday's!!  I wish I could just stay home and sleep in.  I have to fight the stinking traffic everyday.  I wish I had another car, a bigger more fancy car.

On and on it goes and before you finish your morning shower … presto, you're in a bad mood and ready to bite your partners head off!  You're having emotions of agitation and experiencing anxiety about going to work, all before you even get dressed to go.

I suggest and submit to you it all begins with your THOUGHTS.  It's these thoughts that begin to effect our emotions (or states) and once we LEARN how to control them, we then have a much more powerful position that will determine our actions.

Use MOTION to create EMOTION and control your results.  Back to the shower scene … sing, shout, clap your hands, pretend the soap bottle (or bar) is your microphone, move briskly, breath deeply and think about good things.  (Remember, you get to choose what you think about … it's your personal power)!  Wouldn't you rather get dressed feeling good about the day ahead of you, as opposed to dreading the very next moment?  Sure you would, and you get to pick your experience.  It may take some practice or "conditioning" on your part but it will become a "habit" once you focus on training your brain and body to do so.

You can control your fear and use it as leverage to compel you towards your goals.  It the courage behind the fear that builds the faith within us that makes us stronger.  Esteem comes from forcing yourself to do difficult things.  Therefore, causing us to broaden our comfort zones while strengthening our faith.

Can you see faith?  I submit to you, we are able to see the evidence of faith.  No one has ever seen the wind but it evidence is everywhere to be seen.  Faith unused wanes!

Article Body:
Hypnosis or Hypnotism, these words often puts, not surprisingly the  layman in predicament. Stretch your imagination and we see wild  images of a Freud-like doctor swinging a pocket watch to and fro in  front of someone in deep emotional trouble? If so, don't worry  you're not alone. This is typical movie images and far from reality.

Hypnosis, on the contrary, is for all of us the ordinary people. And  hypnosis can be used to solve wide-ranging problems. Mind you its  not rocket science we cant understand. Each one of us can help  ourselves with self-hypnosis.

Imagine the problems we face in our lives

Worried about weight loss?
Failed in Love?
Bad Marriage?
Obesity?
Finding difficult to quite smoking?
Lacking confidence
Kick drugs?
Fear?
Stressed out?
Sexual problems?

Hypnosis is the answer for all problems.

The world is full of people with myriad personal problems, big &  small. If someone wants to remove phobia, bad habits, addiction or  wants to develop positive attitude and make it big. Hypnosis can  eliminate all them and achieve your goal. All you need to know is -  HOW it can be done.

Benefits of Hypnosis - Physical & Mental

If you're among those fortunate who don't have any personal  problems, Hypnosis has immense benefits to offer - both physical &  mental, which can enhance your performance, thereby improving  efficiency and increasing productivity, all this without external  support of a Hypnotist. By simply practicing and going into a  hypnotic state on a regular basis you can do a world of good for  yourself.

Let's analyze more benefits that hypnosis offers:

Hypnosis & Illness - One of the biggest problems people facing today  is - STRESS. Stress creates multiple problems - Sleep Disorders,  Headaches, and can even increase cholesterol. Hypnosis can help  reduce stress, since hypnosis is a state of physical and mental  relaxation.

Hypnosis & Breath - For a moment, stop reading this and concentrate  on your breathing pattern. You'll be breathing in short quick  breaths, this short quick breaths causes stress and tension. More,  it can make you feel dizzy, irritable and foggy. With hypnosis you  can learn what deep breath is and feel more relaxed and calm

Hypnosis and "Feel Good" Chemicals - The brain releases chemicals  when you're in deep relaxed mood. These chemicals are often in short  supply as we rush about our day. Hypnosis helps cause deep  relaxation, allowing these "feel good" chemicals to flow and create  a sense of control and well-being.

Hypnosis & Good Sleep - Deep breathing, hypnotic state relaxation  and feel good factor helps for a restful sleep. It is as if your  body "learns" how to sleep more peacefully due to the hypnotic  state.

Hypnosis & Immune System - The other problem of stress is it  produced chemicals of the 'fight or flight' variety. This aroused  state affects the immune system. Regular relaxation - hypnosis kind  - can prevent this from happening.

The bottom line is we all need to live a good life. A life full of  happiness, peace and joy, devoid of worries, stress, illnesses. With  hypnosis you can achieve your goal, feel stronger, more relaxed and  will be in a better position to handle your life.

Hypnosis is, quite frankly, good for your body PERIOD.

Given the opportunity to do something how do you approach it?

My son came home from school complaining about a 'stupid rule' his school recently established. After hearing the rule, I agreed that for a child like my son, the rule was stupid. However, I explained to him that the rule was enacted because they had to create a bar. A bar is a minimum standard of acceptance. This bar (which is set very low), is a bar that a lot of the students will use as their maximum code of behavior.

Think of an elementary school child told to read 15 minutes a day. The ones that need it the most will start getting antsy ten minutes into their reading session. By they time they reach fourteen and a half minutes, they're already beginning to close the book. To get them to read for fifteen minutes, the bar has to be set higher.

Or, you tell your child to take out the trash. "But it's not full is the response" No, but the rotten milk container in the trash makes it stink." Because his bar is set to react only when the trash is full, a rancid smell is not included in his trash bar so the stinky trash will sit.

See where I'm going?

There are bars set in society in an attempt to set a minimum standard of living. These bars, are not necessarily set very high. How do you set and react to the bars in your everyday life?

I was recently commissioned to write short articles for a client. I was given a few hundred titles to write. Not knowing how many I could get done in a week, I allowed myself the luxury of 1 a day 5 days a week. It was agreed I could submit 5 articles weekly. Good. Bar is set.

After a few weeks of becoming well versed on the topic, I realized I could complete 3 times as many articles within the same time frame. Should I keep this low bar as my maximum? Should I raise my bar to commit to 15 articles rather than the original 5? Why push myself? Why reset the bar and expect more of myself.

I decided to reset the bar. Why not develop, expand and challenge myself? It's a win-win situation. My client gets more of what he wants, and I not only rise to the occasion (a small victory for me), but I also earn additional income.

This made me look at other areas of my life. Do I need to adjust a bar here or there? I've found that people with low expectations tend to look at everything as near impossible rather than something to grow from and overcome. Raise the bar just once, and you may raise it twice. After raising your bars a few times, it might become a habit. You'll start to look at everything differently,

When you make it a habit to raise your bar, other people tend to look at you as "you're so lucky, look what you've got". It's not luck. It's called raising the bar. Expect more from yourself and you get more.

Celebrate your victories and move on.

Article Body:
This is a popular question people ask me. How do you know if I am mastering the art of Deliberate Attraction? Is there an advanced course I can take? My answer is always the same, "The application of this material into your daily life IS the advanced course!" To help you gauge where you're at in the mastery of Law of Attraction, I've compiled a list of seven sure-fire ways to tell if YOU are joining the thousands of people who really are mastering this stuff.

7 TOP indicators that I am mastering Law of Attraction

1. I understand and accept that Law of Attraction is a process. It is a process of gradually reducing the negative vibrational patterns I have towards some areas in my life and replacing them with positive thoughts. Through the intentional and deliberate use of the tools of Law of Attraction, I see evidence that my allowing is gradually increasing.

2. Over time I am seeing some behavioural changes in myself. Even though I constantly hear others using don't, not and no I have eventually stopped using these words out loud. Each time I catch myself even thinking these words, I automatically ask myself the question, "So what DO I want?" I know that when I change my words, my vibration changes and I can only hold one vibration at a time.

3. I've noticed over time that I am observing contrast (anything that doesn't feel good to me) more and more briefly.

4. I've noticed that I am having fewer and fewer experiences of negative people and events in my life.
5. It's become second nature for me to be aware of many, many more things that I can appreciate and express gratitude for.

6. I find myself automatically assigning all my new desires to Law of Attraction. When I want something new in my life I say, "I'm using Law of Attraction to get that!"

7. I understand the expression I get what I vibrate and I hold myself fully accountable for everything that shows up in my life, both positive and negative!

Article Body:
Bring to mind a time when you decided that you wanted something in your life; a vacation, a special book, or a household item. Did you notice that things relating to what you were wanting appeared out of nowhere--either you overheard someone talking about it, noticed an advertisement, a billboard or even junk mail? This, my friends, is the power of the Law of Attraction at work. The Law of Attraction states that all forms of matter and energy are attracted to that which is of a like vibration. "Like attracts like." The thoughts we hold attract similar thoughts and become large masses of thoughts. These thoughts are also called vibrations.

I have been following the teaching of Abraham-Hicks, (one of the teachers of The Law of Attraction) for many years, and have adopted many of the suggestions offered from their work. Here is Abraham's explanation of vibration.

If you're wondering what you are vibrating, observe your life. It's a perfect match. What you are living is what you are vibrating, without exception. So, if you've got something that you don't want, identify what it is within your vibration that is giving it to you. The Law of Attraction is powerful, and whatever you are vibrating, the Universe will match.

One of the powerful tools I use from the Abraham teachings is the Creation Box. A Creation Box is simply a box or container where you store symbols, pictures, or descriptions, of your desires. Your Creation Box can be any size, shape, or colour--it is for you to enjoy and have fun with. A Creation Box helps you purify your vibration; in other words, you become more focused on the desire you put in it. Fill your Creation Box with pictures you tear out of magazines, sketches, doodles, or special notes that describe what you want. As you begin to play with your Creation Box, you will be knocked over by the speed and efficiency with which the Law of Attraction responds to the desires you have placed in your box.

Whatever you are focusing on, be it real or imagined, causes you to vibrate--and that vibration is what the Law of Attraction accepts as your point of attraction. The Law of Attraction does not know or care why you are vibrating--it only responds to your vibration. You get more of what you want and you get more of what you don't want. The Creation Box process helps you to think, feel, and vibrate MORE of what you desire. I've been using a Creation Box since 1995, placing into it things that I want while remembering that the key here is not to become attached to how it will come to me.

Recently, a friend of mine noticed my Creation Box in my home and was curious about its purpose and contents. After explaining its purpose, I opened it up to share some of the special things I wanted to manifest. To my delight, I realized that a number of magazine clippings and notes of things I had desired had already come to me!

I hosted a Creation Box building party at my home and each of us created a special box for our dreams and desires. I invite you to prepare your special Creation Box with your friends and family, and watch your desires come to you in ways you couldn't have imagined.

How many times have you abandoned an idea, project or dream
because someone made a disparaging remark or rolled their
eyes when you told them about it?

Relinquishing your dreams

All too frequently we allow others to dictate what is good,
right or possible. We allow them to steal our dreams. Notice
I use the word "allow." No one can put you down, stomp on
your dream, or kill an idea of yours unless you allow them
to.

Consider that:

<li>The movie Star Wars was rejected by every movie studio in
Hollywood before 20th Century Fox finally produced it. It
went on to be one of the largest-grossing movies in film
history.

As a child, Sylvester Stallone was frequently beaten by
his father and told he had no brains. He grew up an unhappy
loner. He floated in and out of schools. An advisor at
Drexel University told him that based on his aptitude tests
he should pursue a career as an elevator repair person. It's
not a bad profession but it's certainly not where "Rocky"
ended up!

Einstein was criticized for not wearing socks or cutting
his hair. He didn't speak until he was four, and didn't read
until he was seven. One observer noted, "He could be
mentally retarded".

An expert said of Vince Lombardi:"He possesses minimal
football knowledge. Lacks motivation. . .

Beethoven handled the violin awkwardly and preferred
playing his own compositions instead of improving his
technique. His teacher proclaimed him hopeless as a
composer.

<Walt Disney was fired from his job as a newspaper editor
for lack of ideas. He also went bankrupt several times
before he created Disneyland.

Henry Ford failed and went broke 5 times before he finally
succeeded.

Louisa May Alcott, the author of Little Women, was
encouraged to find work as a servant or seamstress. She
would certainly never be a writer.

In 1944, the director of the Blue Book Modeling Agency
told modeling hopeful Norma Jean Baker (Marilyn Monroe),
"You'd better learn secretarial work, or else get married."</li>

It Takes Courage

So what are your ideas? Your thoughts? Your dreams? Your
plans?

It doesn't matter if anyone supports what you want to do.
The important thing is for YOU to believe. For YOU to ignore
the people who say you can't do it - and DO IT ANYWAY! It
takes courage. It takes persistence. It takes believing in
the "voice inside" when no one else does. Ideas, dreams and
visions are planted within you because you have the ability
to make them happen. You'll learn, grow, scramble, fail, and
get back up again! The important thing is to simply never
give up. The people I mentioned earlier never gave up - and
they made great things happen!

How many of you feel sorry for yourselves because you can't do something? Keller had so many reasons to wallow in self-pity. She was born in the late nineteenth century and did not have the technical advantages that physically-challenged people now have. Keller made the most out of her situation.

Here are a couple of examples of how Keller succeeded:

1. As a little girl, Keller said, "Someday, I shall go to college."

Keller received her Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude in 1904 from Radcliffe College. How many of you have been persistent enough to earn a bachelor's degree? Congratulations to those who have earned a Bachelor's degree, like Keller did. If you earned your degree, you could have given plenty of reasons to have given up on earning your degree. What was Keller's excuse? She didn't have an excuse! Keller, blind and deaf, graduated cum laude.

2. Keller wrote about a dozen books

Some of Keller's published works include The World I Live In; The Song of the Stone Wall; Out of the Dark; My Religion; Midstream--My Later Life; Peace at Eventide; Helen Keller in Scotland; Helen Keller's Journal; Let Us Have Faith; Teacher, Anne Sullivan Macy; and The Open Door.

There are many current and aspiring writers who are struggling to finish just one book. Keller's works inspired many people because of her major disabilities. How many people can you inspire through your written works? Every one of you has a unique story to tell and it's waiting to be read.

Most of your five senses are operational. Keller only had three operational senses. She learned to speak at age nine with help from Anne Sullivan. Keller's determination to avoid major obstacles to deter her is one of the most inspiring things about her. The next time we are having it rough, think about how rough a deal Keller had and all of the accomplishments she had.

Article Body:
Healthy self esteem originates in the environment found in the:  family, school, peer group, work place, and community. There are certain characteristics of your environment that need to be present in order for self esteem to be fostered and grow.

The main component of a healthy environment for self esteem is that it needs to be nurturing.  It should provide unconditional warmth, love, and caring. It needs to provide the realization that other people are recognized as deserving to be nurtured, reinforced, rewarded, and bonded to.

Healthy environment for self esteem transmits messages of warmth, loving, and caring by physical touch, meeting the survival needs of food, clothing and shelter, and providing a sense of stability and order in life.

A healthy environment for self esteem should provide acceptance. It will recognize that other people see each other as worthy individuals who have a unique set of personality characteristics, skills, abilities, and competencies making them special. Acceptance enables people to develop relationships with others, yet maintain healthy boundaries of individuality within themselves.

In the healthy environment for self esteem should be good communication, everyone should be heard and responded to in a healthy way so that healthy problem solving is possible. Appropriate giving and receiving of feedback is encouraged and rewarded.  Communicating at a "feelings" level is a mode of operation for these people, allowing them to be in touch with their emotions in a productive manner.

The healthy environment for self esteem must contain recognition and acceptance of people for who they are.  That recognition and acceptance should not be based on the condition that they must first conform to a prescribed standard of behavior or conduct.  This is unhealthy.  Unconditional recognition and acceptance given in the form of support allows individuals to reach their ultimate potential.

The healthy environment for self esteem should be clearly defined and enforced limits known to individuals with no hidden tricks or manipulation.  Limits set the structure for the lives of individuals, allowing clear benchmarks of appropriate and inappropriate behavior.  Limits enable individuals to recognize their responsibilities and to chart their course of behavior in a rational way.

Respect and latitude for individual action within the defined limits of the healthy environment for self esteem should be present as well.  This encourages individuals to use their creativity, ingenuity, and imagination to be productive within the established structure.  Restrictions that suppress individuality can lead to a narrow focus, with people becoming stunted and handicapped in the use of their personal skills, abilities, and resources.

Finally, healthy environment for self esteem should be bonding, which is the physical/emotional phenomenon between individuals and the others in their environment.  This is necessary for the development of healthy self esteem. Bonding is forming a mutual emotional attachment between an individual and a "significant other" (parent, child, friend, lover, etc.).  This involves the significant other giving unconditional love and support as well as developing an emotional link between each other.

"If you can imagine it,
You can achieve it.
If you can dream it,
You can become it."

-William Arthur Ward

William Arthur Ward's quote should be a powerful call to action. Dreams have tremendous power. They sustain us through desperate times and drive us through difficult ones and give us hope for the future. More important-they inspire us!

Where would human beings be without dreams? Would we have explored distant places or invented the means to travel to those destinations? How many children are alive today thanks to the dreams of doctors and scientists? What works of art lift the hearts of countless masses due to the dreams of artists?

In the end so much is possible thanks to the power of dreams and yet so many people seem unwilling to free their own dreams.  They shrug them off, ignore them, or reject them entirely-too difficult, impossible, ridiculous, meaningless.

But even the most frivolous dreams have meaning. If one person's life is touched by that dream-whether they are inspired, changed, or simply lightened-then that dream has power and meaning.

It is sad that in our society to be called a "dreamer" is actually an insult. In many societies, to be a dreamer was once a high calling. If we think of all that dreams have caused-from space travel to the creation of the United States of America to a polio vaccine-perhaps we can make dreaming acceptable again.

What do you do with your own dreams? Do you dare to voice them, dare to do something about them? Or do you instead spend your time finding excuses for why your dreams are impossible?

No dream is impossible! You have to believe that and you have to dare to dream, or your dream will be impossible, but there is no one to blame but yourself because you never let it become possible. Perhaps that is why so many perceive being a "dreamer" as something negative, because they view it as a passive exercise, but being a true "dreamer" is anything but passive-it requires action!

Yes, it is scary to dream, it is scary to take a leap of faith, to risk yourself. Even more frightening than failure is the knowledge that once you take that risk you will have lost your dream forever.

But do not be afraid, you can succeed, but even if THIS dream does fail, once you've become someone that dares to dream there will be others. Once you've made that change, once you've become a dreamer, there is no going back--and that is certainly a step on the road to success!

So, remember to Dare to Dream!

Article Body:
Speaking comes to most people as naturally as breathing. On many occasions our words are uttered without conscious thought; in fact we rarely stop and think about what we are saying. Thousands of words pour out of our mouths each day as our thoughts, opinions, judgements and beliefs are freely expressed. Often, however, we are oblivious to the positive or negative effect these words have on ourselves and the people around us.

Words have tremendous power. Words give out energy and a message which creates a reaction in others. Everything you say produces an effect in the world. Whatever you say to someone else will produce some kind of an effect in that person. We are constantly creating something, either positive or negative with our words.
Reaction to our words often returns to us often in a multiplied form. For example if I speak words of judgement to a person they will judge me back, probably with more intensity as their judgement has the pain or anger caused by my words attached to it Words of kindness and acceptance will generate a warm and appreciative reaction in a person. That person's response to the words will be stronger because it will have the emotion created by the words attached to it. The power of words has a ripple effect in our life and those around us.

Recently I came across the work of Dr Emoto, and his studies on water crystals. He took samples of water, froze them and took photographs of the water crystals. He then wrote words on vials of water taken from the same source. The crystals formed in the vials which had positive words, such as love and gratitude, were beautiful. However the crystals in the vials with negative words such as hate and evil were very different, and the water didn't even form crystals in some instances. Experiments were done using words from different languages, and also by the scientists having no knowledge of what the words meant. The results were similar. More information can be found at  or by watching the movie "What The Bleep Do We Know". Although I find the concepts of quantum physics difficult to grasp, the findings of this study on water crystals has had a profound impact on me. The human body is known to be composed of up to ninety percent water. If words had such a significant impact on water crystals, then what is the impact of positive and negative words to our bodies?

An important key to success in life is to understand the power of words. A word is a thought eternalized. Our thoughts do have a great effect on us even though they are internal. What we think effects the way we live our life, it effects our emotions, our attitudes and our behaviour. A thought spoken, however, has even more power. It can never be taken back; it is out of our mouth and will have an effect. Our words have even more power than our thoughts because they not only affect ourselves, but the people and the world around us.

Successful people take control of their words, rather than letting their words control them. They are more conscious of their thoughts and words and the power they unleash. Successful people understand that they need to speak positively rather than negatively in order to see success. Successful people are characterized by the words that they speak. They know the importance of speaking words that will build self-esteem and confidence, build relationships and build possibilities. They speak words of affirmation, encouragement, love, acceptance and appreciation.

To see more personal success, the words that we speak need to be in alignment with what we want to see being produced in our life – our vision and our dreams. Your words can determine your destiny. Even more importantly, your words can make a positive difference on the people you interact with every day. Before you speak ask yourself: Is what I am about to say going to uplift the hearer? Will it inspire, motivate, and create forward momentum for them? Will it dissolve fear and create safety and trust? Will I create a positive or negative ripple effect by speaking out these words? Let's be determined to unleash the power of words for positive change.

George Burns' career could have ended as early as 1958, when his wife Gracie Allen retired from Show business. Burns continued the show after Allen retired, but the show was cancelled after one season. Burns could have let his wife's retirement from show business stop him from going further in his career, but he ultimately ended up being a huge comic success and lived to be 100 years old.

Many of Burns' biggest successes came when he was in his eighties and nineties. At the ages when many people have long since retired, Burns was enjoying great success. Getting older does have great advantages: we become smarter; we acquire wisdom; we have acquired more skills.

1. Burns struggled as a vaudeville straight man for years until he met Gracie

There was a chemistry that Burns and Allen had when they created their comic duo. For eight years, Burns played the straight man and Allen played the funny lady. The George Burns and Gracie Allen Show was a tremendous success on CBS. They made a dynamic team.

The same concept could apply to our careers. A lot of us have held many jobs and in those positions, there were probably people whom we loved to work with and those whom we did not. Like Burns when he was struggling in vaudeville, our present job or career may not exactly be what we want to do, but we do get opportunities to meet people who know other people and so forth.

2. For 17 years (1958 to 1975), Burns had very minimal success

Many of us may think of George Burns as a great comic success, which he was. But for about 17 years, Burns had very subpar performances compared to the show that he did with Gracie. Gracie Allen died in 1964 and Burns attempted two television shows, one with Connie Stevens, but both shows were cancelled after the first season. Burns encountered another celebrity death when Jack Benny died in 1975. Burns was offered Benny's role in the comedy film, The Sunshine Boys, and had great success. After a 17-year drought, Burns was back! The success of The Sunshine Boys led to Burns' role in Oh God!, which was also a tremendous success.

How many of us get frustrated at struggling for six months to a year? How many of us would have given up after 17 years of subpar success that Burns endured? Burns showed us that getting older is getting better.

3. Burns had over a dozen television specials after 1975

Burns' revitalized movie success in 1975 spurred resurgence in television success that he had not had since doing shows with Gracie. Burns was now playing the funny person, the role that Grace played when he was playing the straight man. Burns was now a movie and television success.

We never know what may happen when we take our experience from our own careers and apply them to new positions or careers. The skills and education we learn from other jobs may help us to get the career that we are really looking for. Any skill that we can learn should not be discounted.

Burns proved that one is never too old to do a great job. He had revitalization in entertainment in spite of Gracie's retirement and death. Burns did not let the loss of Gracie deter him from making a name for himself. If any of us catch ourselves giving up or saying things like "I'm too old for…," think of George Burns.

Article Body:
In the past years, there has been a sudden rise of motivational speakers. They appear in television and in magazines as well as sold out seminars that are just brimming with people who are just craving to get some direction with their lives.

A motivational speaker, instead of focusing on the financial gains that he or she will most probably get from these seemingly "needy" people, should focus his or her attention to actually motivating people to actually be the best that they can be through their sheer motivation to change their lives for the better that is actually inspired by such a speaker.

A motivational speaker is, most often rather should be seen as, an expert, the one person who "normal people" can rely on when it comes to instilling positive thinking in them as well as providing them not just the answers that they want to hear but the answers that they would actually need and eventually help them with their lives. Speakers are actually regarded quite highly by the people who depend on them for the "answers."

A good motivational speaker should exude confidence (not cockiness!) by being extremely knowledgeable as compared to most people, even one's own colleagues about a specific topic. This is what makes speakers highly in-demand especially when organizers are trying to set-up an event or a seminar that aims to educate people about a certain topic. However, a motivational speaker shouldn't just rely on book smarts to be able to help him or her throughout his or her motivational speaker career. Various experiences can actually help enrich a speaker's expertise and knowledge about a certain topic. This is actually that will serve the speaker on a positive note considering that the audience during seminars actually want real affirmations of what the speaker is trying to teach them. People who are in doubt need the actual proof for them to be able to motivate themselves to believe.

For those who are aspiring to become a motivational speaker, here are a few reminders from public speaking experts that you should know before actually pursuing your dream as a motivational speaker as well as being able to get the attention of the people and companies who might want to get your services :

*First and foremost, for you to be able to motivate other people and get them out of the rut that they're in, you must have a pleasant-sounding, clear and well-modulated voice. The type of voice that a speaker should have so as to be able to command attention. This is incredibly important because as a motivational speaker, or any kind of public speaker for that matter, you must be able to get a hold of your audience's attention and make them believe in what they're saying (this is NOT to say that you should "brainwash" your audience into doing something that are already against their will and moral standards based on what non believers of adhering to a public speakers advice). Still, having a good voice cannot assure you of a career as a motivational speaker.

You must also have the added charisma, charm, intellect, wit and sense of humor that can make people irresistibly drawn to you. Also try to brush up on current events or whatever new information that you may see as "relevant' to your speeches. Relating your talk to present events or things that of interest to your audience would help capture your audience's interests more.

*As a responsible motivational speaker, you must always keep in mind that you should value your audience because these are the people who actually took the time (and money) to be able to hear out on what you've got to say with regards to the topic on hand. This should actually motivate you to actually showing up on the venue on time, properly dressed and groomed as well as very much prepared for your talk. A good motivational speaker should know that people actually come to these seminars to learn new things from you and not just hear about rehashed material. They expect you, the motivational speaker, to be able to supply them with the information that they're looking for, so always be prepared.

These are just a few tips to help you get started on being a motivational speaker. Remember, when it comes to holding your audience attention you must always be yourself. Be natural in your gestures. Absolutely no pretensions because people are incredibly smart and they can actually see through those who are just putting up a front.
